This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with computers, electronics, or hands-on projects and wants to get their foot in the door with a growing technology company. You do not need to be a computer expert to apply. We are looking for people who are reliable, willing to learn, and ready to work.

BlairTech is one of the world's largest Microsoft Authorized Refurbishers and specializes in professionally refurbished desktops and laptops sold through major e-commerce marketplaces. Our Production team plays an important role in getting thousands of computers ready for their next home.

What You'll Do

As a Computer Production Associate, you may work in different areas of our production process, including:

• Working hands-on with desktop and laptop computers
• Cleaning and preparing computers for refurbishment
• Sorting computers, components, and accessories
• Moving products through different stages of the production process
• Inspecting equipment for quality and cosmetic condition
• Packaging completed computers for shipment
• Following established production and quality procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Learning additional areas of production as needed

Who We're Looking For

You do not need professional computer repair experience for this position.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is dependable and takes attendance seriously
• Arrives on time and ready to work
• Can follow instructions and established processes
• Is comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work
• Pays attention to detail
• Can work independently while also being part of a team
• Is willing to learn new tasks and work in different areas as needed
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Has an interest in computers, electronics, gaming, or technology — a plus, but not required
