What You'll Do

• Test and diagnose computer hardware
• Install components such as hard drives, memory, and CPUs
• Perform basic and advanced hardware repairs
• Grade computers cosmetically and make improvements when needed
• Verify accuracy and quality through software testing
• Jump in where needed — collaborate with teammates and help keep operations running smoothly

No matter your experience level, you’ll be supported:

• Newer techs will learn in a hands-on, supportive environment
• Experienced techs will tackle more complex repairs right away

What We're Looking For

• Mechanically inclined with hands-on computer experience
• Naturally driven to produce high-quality, accurate work
• Detail-oriented with pride in what you build and repair
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
• Able to pass a background check
