Warranty and Return Information
All PCs we sell come with a standard warranty of 1 year for parts and labor from the original shipment date. You also have the option to purchase a 2 or 5 year extended warranty when you purchase your PC. You have the option to return your item(s) within 30 days of the initial delivery for a full refund, accompanied by a free return shipping label. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applicable for items returned for reasons other than damage or defects determined by our technical support team. The remaining warranty covers service and repair only, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Blair Tech's warranty includes Technical Support at no additional charge, guaranteeing that your item will not be Dead On Arrival (DOA). If any issues arise upon receipt, we will work diligently to resolve them. If repair or replacement is necessary, we will address the problem and return the item to you. Technical Support covers the original hardware and operating system software provided by Blair Tech. This warranty addresses hardware defects not covered by the original manufacturer, but it does not extend to special requirements such as peripheral or software installation aid. Software issues, neglect, and unauthorized repairs are excluded from coverage. Please be aware that any unauthorized repair attempts will void the warranty.
This warranty is exclusively for the original purchaser and is not transferable. It is valid only within the contiguous 48 United States. Please note that data recovery is not covered under this warranty, and Blair Tech is not liable for any data loss or damage occurring during transit or repair.
Important Note: We do not provide warranty or guarantee for laptop batteries. Refurbished machines will include used batteries, which typically have limited lifespans. While we do not test laptop batteries, we ensure the laptop's functionality using the included AC adapter.
Obtaining Warranty Service
To access warranty technical service from Blair Tech, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-855-252-4784, Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM Eastern Time. If our technician is unable to resolve the issue, we may request the item's return for repair or replacement. At this point, we will issue a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number, which is required for any returns. This number should be visible on the returned package. All returned products must have an "RMA" number and be sent to:

Upon receiving your item, we will evaluate the problem and address any hardware-related issues. If the problem is not hardware-related, we will contact you with a new repair charge. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, you will be charged for the return shipping label.
Warranty and Technical Service DO NOT include:
Laptop batteries, repair and/or replacement of Computer Products or Components damaged by accident, abuse, modification or attempted repairs by anyone other than Blair Tech, unsuitable physical or operating environments, improper maintenance, intentional misuse of products, tampering or removal of Blair Tech serial numbers or certification stickers, failures caused by a product for which Blair Tech is not responsible, as well as acts of God including but not limited to floods, lightning, earthquakes, hurricanes, and tornadoes.
Warranty also excludes installation issues with products purchased elsewhere. Warranty does not cover any software issues or unauthorized repairs/upgrades. Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty, unless specifically instructed by our technicians.
This Warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. Blair Tech specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Blair Tech's responsibility for malfunctions and defects in hardware and accessories is limited to repair or replacement as set forth above. Blair Tech is not responsible for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment and property, any costs of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any program or data stored in or used with Blair Tech products, and any failure to maintain the confidentiality of data stored on the product. Blair Tech specifically does not represent that it will be able to repair any product under this warranty or make a product exchange without risk to or loss of programs or data.
Return and Exchange Policy
You have the option to return your items within 30 days of the initial delivery.
Special/custom orders cannot be returned. Cancellations of special/custom orders made more than 24 hours after purchase are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 15%.
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt, unless otherwise determined by our technical staff.
For visible damage, please report within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund or exchange based on the visible damage. Failure to report visible damage within this timeframe will render you ineligible for a refund or exchange due to the damage.
All returned items must be approved by our service department prior to shipping. An "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) form will be provided to you via email, which should be included with the package(s).
If possible, use the original packaging for returns. If the item is inadequately packaged and sustains damage during delivery, no refund will be issued.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
RMA processing typically takes 2 business days from delivery at our facility. Once processed, you can expect a refund or exchange arrangement within 3 business days. It might take an additional 3-5 days for funds to reflect in your account, due to varying processing times at different banks. Returns sent without a valid RMA number will not be processed for return, exchange, or refund.
