Return and Exchange Policy

You have the option to return your items within 30 days of the initial delivery.

Special/custom orders cannot be returned. Cancellations of special/custom orders made more than 24 hours after purchase are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 15%.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt, unless otherwise determined by our technical staff.

For visible damage, please report within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund or exchange based on the visible damage. Failure to report visible damage within this timeframe will render you ineligible for a refund or exchange due to the damage.

All returned items must be approved by our service department prior to shipping. An "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) form will be provided to you via email, which should be included with the package(s).

If possible, use the original packaging for returns. If the item is inadequately packaged and sustains damage during delivery, no refund will be issued.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

RMA processing typically takes 2 business days from delivery at our facility. Once processed, you can expect a refund or exchange arrangement within 3 business days. It might take an additional 3-5 days for funds to reflect in your account, due to varying processing times at different banks. Returns sent without a valid RMA number will not be processed for return, exchange, or refund.
