BlairTech eGift Card Sweepstakes Entry Rules
Sponsor. Blair Technology Group (“Sponsor”), 4314 Boron Dr., Suite D, Covington, Kentucky 41015.
Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (void in AK, HI, and where prohibited) who are 18+ at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate household members are not eligible.
Promotion Period; Entry Periods. The sweepstakes runs continuously and is divided into monthly “Entry Periods,” each beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on the first calendar day of the month and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last calendar day of that month. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper. How to Enter. No purchase necessary.
Limit: One (1) entry per person per Entry Period. Re-Entry After 30 Days. A customer may enter again in a later month: after 30 days have elapsed from their prior entry.
Winner Selection. Sponsor will conduct a random drawing once every 30 days (on or about the first business day after each Entry Period) from all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification & Verification. Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or email at the contact information provided. If a potential winner cannot be reached or does not respond within fourteen (14) days, or is ineligible, the prize is forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate via random drawing from remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may require reasonable verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules.
Prize. One (1) winner per Entry Period will receive one (1) e-gift card (ARV $15). Gift card issuer terms and conditions apply. Prize will be delivered electronically to the email on file. No cash value or substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prize is non-transferable. Card issuer is not a sponsor nor affiliated with this promotion.
Taxes & Fees. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. General Conditions. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, forged, or generated by automated means, and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs its integrity or proper functioning, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Release & Limitations of Liability. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims or liability arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors or any other issues beyond its reasonable control. Publicity. Except where prohibited, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, city/state, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice.
Privacy. Information submitted is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at blairtech.com/privacy-policy/.
Disputes/Governing Law. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of laws rules. All claims must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kenton County, Kentucky (or another KY venue reasonably selected by Sponsor). Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Rules.
