Production Manager - 2nd Shift

This is a crucial addition to the BTG Team. We will be creating a second shift team to help with the growth that BTG is going through.

Responsibilities:

● Supervise production floor workers
● Delegate and assign priority orders or shipments.
● Work effectively with other management
● Prepare and run team meetings
● Monitor individuals productivity and report any issues to management and HR.
● Ensure all new employees are trained correctly to perform their job.
● Oversee production, quality and continuous improvement



Basic Qualifications:

● General warehouse experience is required
● Experience in shipping/receiving in a warehouse setting is preferred
● Extreme organization skills
● Experience driving a forklift and utilizing a pallet jack
● Management experience is required
● High attention to detail
● Proven time management ability
